Meet the Attorney
Eugene D. Frank has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 2002, focusing primarily on debtors' rights. Over the past 17 years and counting, Attorney Frank has evolved his office into a diverse debt relief practice that includes bankruptcy as well as alternative solutions to bankruptcy when such alternatives are a possibility.
In addition to his extensive experience representing people in bankruptcy matters, Attorney Frank also has extensive experience as a civil litigator in the Pennsylvania Court System, representing people facing various legal actions including defending people facing collection lawsuits and prosecuting claims against debt collectors and creditors for violating the law.
Eugene is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Finance and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
